1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OmniSwipe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
OmniSwipe is a mobile companion application for Claude Code that allows developers to review and manage AI-generated code recommendations from their mobile devices. The service enables you to:
- Connect to Claude Code instances running on your development machines
- Review AI-generated code recommendations remotely
- Approve, reject, or bookmark code changes
- Sync decisions back to Claude Code in real-time
3. Eligibility
To use OmniSwipe, you must:
- Be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
- Have authorization to access and modify the projects you connect
- Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
- Not have been previously banned from OmniSwipe
4. Your Account and SSH Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any SSH keys or connection information used to access your development environments. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your password and SSH credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Only connect to projects and systems you have authorization to access
- Ensure your SSH keys and connection credentials are properly secured
5. Acceptable Use Policy
When using OmniSwipe, you agree not to:
- Use the service to access systems or projects without proper authorization
- Attempt to circumvent any security features or access controls
- Use the service to execute malicious code or compromise systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
- Use the service for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities
6. Your Code and Projects
6.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of your code, projects, and all intellectual property associated with them. OmniSwipe does not claim any ownership rights to the code you review or modify through our service.
6.2 Code Execution and Modifications
You acknowledge that OmniSwipe facilitates the approval and execution of code changes generated by Claude Code. You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding any code modifications before approving them. OmniSwipe is not liable for any consequences resulting from code changes you approve through our service.
6.3 Data Transmission
Code snippets and project metadata may be transmitted through our servers to facilitate the connection between your mobile device and Claude Code. We implement industry-standard encryption to protect this data in transit.
7. API Usage and Rate Limits
Your use of OmniSwipe's API and services is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. You agree to:
- Respect the rate limits and quotas associated with your plan
- Not attempt to circumvent or abuse API rate limits
- Use the API in accordance with our documentation
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your subscription tier
- Automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date
- Our refund policy as stated at the time of purchase
- Usage limits based on your subscription tier (projects, recommendations, etc.)
9. Disclaimers
OmniSwipe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that code recommendations will be error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for testing and validating all code changes in appropriate environments before deploying to production. We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or system failures resulting from code modifications approved through our service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniSwipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages resulting from code execution, data loss, system downtime, or security breaches.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OmniSwipe and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, unauthorized access to systems through our platform, or code modifications you approve.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and any stored connection configurations will be deleted.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the app. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
